I was fellowshiping with a beautifully sound church named Eaglevision for 15 years. I was NOT in a cult. What we taught was and is Bible based. Everything that I did at this Church was my choice. Alot of the people that came to this church knew that we were serious about serving God, and that they had to change their ways and lifestyle and who told them to do this? God’s Word that my Pastor would preach! We were not perfect either, but we served God and Jesus to the best of our ability! We believed in the Baptism of the Father, Son, and of the holy Ghost, we believed in the Holy Ghost speaking in tongues as the Spirit of God gives utterance, We believed that there was no other way but through Jesus to obtain Salvation! That is sound Doctrine!( I will define Doctrine later on).
Some people considered this a cult, even my very own family. They did not understand my faithfulness and commitment was to God and the Church. Eaglevision helped me with finances, food, sanity, even my sexual addiction. They were there for me. and Never did they try to talk me against my family or any body else. I am tired of the lies and the judging about this church- that was sent from God. The leaders were of God- not perfect but Christian, the people were not perfect but Christian just like me I am not perfect but I am still a Christian. We must forgive all who have offended us! And let God’s love overcome every issue, but to lie like a church is a cult, when all it really was was God convicting and it was His Word that people have the REAL issue with! It must stop! I am where I am today because of God and Eaglevision and I am ever thankful.
